Head of Support - Greenwave Systems / Wavely Solutions, Copenhagen
Do you want to build and lead a global support function in the mobile industry?
On behalf of Greenwave Systems / Wavely Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Head of Support with a solid background in the mobile or telecom industry, who can establish and run a support organization available to our customers 24/7/365.
About the Role
As Head of Support, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, implementing, and optimizing a round-the-clock support function.
- Ensuring fast and professional handling of inquiries from customers and partners - no matter the time of day.
- Establishing processes for troubleshooting, escalation, and problem prevention.
- Building and leading a highly specialized team delivering support at a global level.
- Working closely with product, development, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Has proven experience in the mobile or telecom industry.
- Has worked with the establishment or operation of 24/7/365 support functions.
- Has strong leadership skills and can build effective teams.
- Understands both technical challenges and commercial customer needs.
- Can communicate clearly in both Danish and English.
