Avigna is hiring Solution Architect

Our IT Delivery Center aims to build strong and sustainable solutions for customers across Europe. We are looking for a Solution Architect to join the team to build, support, and drive customer innovations, bringing efficiency to the processes through efficient management of cost and schedule.

Experience: 5+

  • Proficient in Employee Central (EC) and SuccessFactors.
  • Strong knowledge of Compensation and Variable Pay with EC-to-Compensation form integration and publishing back to EC.
  • Familiarity with Statements, Business Rules, and Role-Based Permissions.
  • Expertise in Integration Center, Intelligent Services, and Odata APIs.

Mode of Work: Onsite

Assignment Period: 01 May 2025 to 31 October 2025

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement solutions for compensation and variable pay integration with Employee Central.
  • Oversee publishing processes back to EC and manage Statements.
  • Develop and maintain Business Rules and Role-Based Permissions.
  • Collaborate with Integration Center and Intelligent Services to ensure seamless operations.
  • Utilize knowledge of Odata APIs for data integration and performance optimization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Employee Central, SuccessFactors, and related integration tools.
  • Strong understanding of compensation processes, business rules, and APIs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English at a professional level.
