Copenhagen, Copenhagen, Denmark Nuuday Full time
Technology Portfolio & Demand Manager

Who are we?

Back in 2018, one of Denmark's most historical companies, TDC Group, ventured on a "first of its kind" path of separating the company into an infrastructure and wholesale company, TDC NET, and a service provider, Nuuday.
One of the two now independent companies, Nuuday, is on a journey towards accelerating the digital transformation to deliver great customer experiences to all our customers and businesses.

What do we do?

You'll be working in the PMO organization (Portfolio & Demand Management, PDM) within the Digital Customer Transformation department. We're a small team of skilled people who aim to support and develop each other while making every workday fun

Our responsibilities span across the entire organization, including overseeing the company-wide strategic portfolio and transformation programs. We collaborate with project owners, project managers, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.

Who are you?

You are a structured and motivated person who thrives on enabling key decisions and navigating complex organizations. You prioritize effectively, facilitate collaboration, and ensure delivery. You communicate clearly and concisely, engage in constructive dialogue, and are proficient in both written and spoken English. You have experience facilitating meetings and workshops with stakeholders at all levels.

Comfortable in a dynamic environment, you maintain a results-driven mindset. Your background is in portfolio management, strategic planning, or a similar field, with experience in governance and stakeholder management.

What will you do?

As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Nuuday's project and program portfolio. Your role will involve ensuring that there is a connection between strategic aims and the projects, aiding in decision-making, and implementing effective portfolio governance practices.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Alignment & Governance: Ensuring that portfolio initiatives and technology investments align with Nuuday's overall strategy and business goals, while establishing and enforcing portfolio governance frameworks, including processes, tools, and standards.
  • Technology & Resource Oversight: Managing technology roadmaps, dependencies, and resource allocations across multiple business lines, while supporting the structured intake and validation of new technology demands from business units.
  • Risk & Compliance Management: Identifying, monitoring, and mitigating risks related to technology projects, ensuring adherence to the Nuuday Demand & Delivery model, governance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Quarterly Planning & Demand Management for Technology: Ensuring the completeness of all data for both business and technology fields, facilitating demand prioritization, and supporting portfolio idea follow-up.
  • Reporting & Insights: Reporting on portfolio performance to executive leadership, tracking portfolio.
  • Vendor & Budget Control: Supporting portfolio owners and project owners with managing technology-specific budgets, ensuring cost optimization across initiatives, and coordinating with external technology vendors and partners for project delivery.
  • Portfolio Review Meetings: Facilitating review meetings between the portfolio owner and stakeholders, ensuring transparency in portfolio status, progress, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and capacity.

Diversity & inclusion

At Nuuday, diversity and inclusion are not just buzzwords – they are action points that are deeply rooted in our organization. We promote an inclusive environment that values diversity, and we guarantee that all qualified applicants will be considered without regard to ethnicity, religion, ability, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, and all the other characteristics that make us different but bring us closer together. To us, value is created where differences meet.

Please send your motivated CV as soon as possible, as we review all candidates on an ongoing basis and reserve the right to remove the job ad when we've found the right person.

Application: It is not necessary to attach a cover letter, but please include a brief introduction in your CV about why you are applying for this position. To ensure a fair and inclusive recruitment process, we kindly ask you to refrain from adding a photo to your CV.

Application date: 30. May 2025
