Vær en nøglespiller og driv forandring
Network Development er en lille afdeling med stor indflydelse. Vi er et dynamisk team på fem personer, der arbejder tæt sammen om et fælles mål: at sikre kvalitet, processer og udvikling af vores netværk af dygtige og ambitiøse forhandlere. Vi hjælper med forretningsoptimering ved at udvikle og implementere optimale processer på både salgs- og eftermarkedsområderne, og arbejder både med driftsprojekter samt langsigtede udviklingsstrategier.

Som vores nye Senior Specialist vil du få en central rolle i at lede forandring og transformation for både Toyota og forhandlernetværket. Du vil drive projekter fra start til slut og skabe værdi gennem dine dataindsigter, og din evne til at optimere processer og systemer.

Projektledelse og værdiskabelse
Som Senior Specialist i Network Development vil du have en bred berøringsflade. Du vil arbejde på tværs af mange afdelinger og skal være i stand til at formidle dine indsigter på et operationelt niveau. Derudover vil du være ansvarlig for at motivere andre til at deltage i dine optimeringsprojekter.

Dine ansvarsområder vil bl.a. inkludere:

  • Udarbejdelse af beslutningsoplæg, der tydeligt viser potentialet for ledergruppen
  • Analyse og forvandling af eksisterende processer, så de matcher fremtidens behov
  • Skabelse af kvalitetsprocesser, der styrker vores netværk
  • Brug af Power BI til at gøre komplekse data visuelle og letforståelige
  • Sikring og motivation af forhandlerne, så de får mest muligt ud af deres data og systemer
  • Effektiv udrulning af projekter i netværket og sikre succes

Vi søger en engageret og initiativrig person, som er dygtig til at skabe relationer og brænder for at optimere forretningsprocesser. Du har en naturlig nysgerrighed efter, hvordan ny teknologi kan udnyttes. Med din evne til at arbejde selvstændigt og struktureret, tager du proaktivt fat på opgaverne, og du leverer kvalitet til tiden i tæt samarbejde med øvrige teams og afdelinger.

Du er det perfekte match, hvis du:

  • Har erfaring fra bilbranchen eller tilsvarende industrier
  • Er ekspert i Excel og Power BI
  • Har stærke kompetencer inden for digitalisering og procesudvikling
  • Er en dygtig kommunikator, der kan skabe relationer og samarbejde tværfagligt
  • Har evnen til at identificere interessenter, opbygge relationer og motivere dem
  • Er lærenem, nytænkende og kan tilpasse dig nye systemer og teknologier
