Copenhagen, Copenhagen, Denmark Home Full time

Join Home.Earth, an award-winning innovative real estate company, in solving some of the biggest challenges our society faces today.

At Home.Earth, we believe in solutions over problems. Optimism over pessimism. Action over excuses. We believe the real estate industry can be part of the solution instead of the problem — and we dream of an industry that takes responsibility.

We want to change the way we develop, build, and operate homes for people. We create homes with character, balancing tradition and innovation. Tradition, because we dare to use what once worked. Innovation, because we dare to do what no one else has done yet.

We're far from perfect. Our homes aren't 100% sustainable yet, but we're working hard to get there. There are still many paths to explore. Mistakes to be made. Only by pushing boundaries can we keep moving forward.

We're ready to lead the way. To change an industry. To change how we think about home.

Together with mission-aligned investors, we are part of setting a new standard for how capital can create long-term value to all stakeholders in real estate while delivering competitive returns. We have high ambitions and target onboarding more investors – and therefore we're looking for a new colleague to help make that happen.

We are looking for an energetic and structured profile with strong commercial instincts. You thrive on outreach, follow-up, and building trust with new investors. Whether you have 3 or 20 years of experience is less important to us, but you do need to be proactive, curious, structured, and persistent – and eager to get things done.

The role and main responsibilities

You'll be part of a collaborative investor relations team, working alongside experienced team members, and primarily, but not exhaustively, handle the following tasks:

  • Help nurture and expand our existing investor pipeline and increase qualified investor dialogues
  • Identifying, researching and reaching out to potential investors for dialogues
  • Booking, preparing for and participating in investor meetings and roadshows
  • Maintaining follow-up and our CRM system
  • Monitor market trends and activities, and industry developments to provide strategic insights
  • Help service our existing investor base
Who are you?

You've worked in a similar role – perhaps in investor relations, fundraising, wealth management, capital markets, corporate finance, or complex B2B sales. You don't need deep real estate knowledge, although it is an advantage, but you do need to understand how to present an investment case and work methodically with lead generation.

We imagine that you:

  • Have at least 3–7 years of experience in a relevant position
  • Are a proactive and structured 'doer' who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Have experience in and documented results with outreach
  • Are commercially minded and excited about impact-driven investment models
  • Communicate fluently in both Danish and English
What we offer

Home.Earth strives to be a great workplace and has from inception had an ambition to make the team part of the stakeholders in the mission of changing real estate to serve the whole.

You will join an ambitious, mission-driven team working at the intersection of real estate, sustainability, and capital. We are high-performing but human, and we care deeply about our shared goals.

We offer:

  • A meaningful role with great development potential in a dynamic and values-based company
  • Competitive salary and incentive program
  • Central Copenhagen office and flexible working conditions
  • Space to grow, contribute, and shape your own journey – while contributing to something bigger
Could this be you?

If the role has caught your interest, please submit your application and resume.

Questions about the role are most welcome to Camilla Dalum, at camilla@home.earth or +45 53560005.
