About the role
At NNE, our HSE department is bustling with activity, and we're on the lookout for ambitious professionals. Whether you're an engineer or have a scientific background, if you've dabbled in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) fields or have an educational profile that includes environmental issues, we want to hear from you.
We're seeking a passionate individual eager to excel as an HSE Lead. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Sustainability aspects are meticulously managed across projects of all sizes and complexities. As the "spider in the web," you'll leverage your core skills and collaborate with colleagues to achieve excellence.

How you might spend your days
As an HSE Lead, you'll be working with our +40 talented HSE professionals where you'll be:
- Coordinating HSE activities in all project phases
- Facilitating workshops and meetings with project stakeholders
- Conducting HSE screenings and assessments
- Carrying out risk assessments
- Collaborating with the customers' end-users and representatives within HSE

In all positions, there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- Have a technical or academic background
- Have relevant experience with Health, Safety, and Environment related work
- Have specific HSE competences to offer
- Have minimum 5 years of experience in the life science/biotech industry
- Speak and write Danish and English fluently
