Wind Turbine Technician

We are seeking an experienced Offshore Wind Turbine Technician for a 6-month contract on an offshore wind project in Esbjerg, Denmark. The role requires a 66kV trained and authorised professional with expertise in servicing and maintaining Vestas V236 turbines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on offshore wind turbines.
  2. Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
  3. Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  4. Work efficiently in a rotational schedule (2 weeks on / 2 weeks off).
  5. Collaborate with the onshore and offshore teams to maintain high turbine availability.

Requirements:

  1. 66kV training and authorisation.
  2. Offshore wind experience, preferably with Vestas V236 turbines.
  3. GWO certifications and relevant offshore work permits.
  4. Ability to work in offshore environments for extended periods.
