Restaurant Administrator & Manager Responsibilities:

· Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory tracking

· Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for compliance and operational efficiency

· Assist with employee onboarding and HR processes

· Manage customer reservations, inquiries, and special requests

· Maintain a smooth flow of communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams

· Oversee office supplies, staff uniforms, and other restaurant-related needs

· Supervise and direct daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences

· Lead, train, and motivate a dedicated team of front-line staff

· Handle guest concerns and ensure customer satisfaction

· Manage financials, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting

· Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant

· Coordinate staff schedules and shift management

· Develop and implement strategies for improving service, sales, and overall performance

What We’re Looking For:

· For Administrator: Strong administrative, organizational, and time-management skills; experience with office software and payroll systems; attention to detail.

· For Manager: Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting; ability to think quickly on your feet and make decisions under pressure; exceptional customer service and communication skills.
