Senior Vice President of Consulting at Mannaz – International Advisor in Strategy Enablement, Leadership and Organizational Development On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced and visionary SVP of Consulting for Mannaz. Mannaz is one of the Nordic region’s most respected consulting and learning companies, built on more than 50 years of experience, unique learning DNA, and an international presence with offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus, London, Stockholm and Malmö. Each year, Mannaz engages with more than 200 organisations and companies contributing to their transformations, enabling strategies and strengthening capabilities across the organisation. Mannaz delivers measurable impact in complex transformation and development programs. Mannaz is now looking for an SVP of Consulting to lead the consulting business and play a key role in expanding and strengthening the company’s strategic and transformation-focused advisory services. The Role As SVP of Consulting, you will hold a central responsibility for developing the business, the team, and the service portfolio. You will own the P&L for the consulting division, set the strategic direction, and ensure that quality, commercial progress, and client experience go hand in hand. You will be a culture carrier in an organization that values collaboration, learning, and professional excellence, and where digitalization and sustainable business development are integral parts of the strategy. You have a proven record of attracting and maintaining large clients, on C and C‑1 level in the organisation, and use your extensive network actively to engage new, larger clients for Mannaz. Your Primary Responsibilities - Generate business and leads based on the network you bring in - Build strong relationships with key clients and be actively involved in sales and delivery - Develop and motivate an international team of experienced consultants across three countries and four locations - Ensure high quality, innovation, and measurable impact in all deliveries - Drive transformation, digitalization, and further development of the service portfolio - Be an excellent leader of leaders for the VPs within the consulting business unit - Be an active member of the executive leadership team and work closely with the CEO, CFO and the extended leadership team of the whole org. - Work closely with the SVP of Learning, ensuring alignment and optimal synergies between the business units and models in Mannaz - Take ownership of some of Mannaz key strategic partnerships Who Are You? - Have at least 10 years of experience in International management consulting or a related advisory field - Relevant master’s degree and preferably additional leadership training/MBA - Have documented commercial success and experience with complex development or transformation projects - Have strong relationship-building skills, international experience and network - Have experience in leading consultants and leaders in international environments - Are a strong leader with natural authority, empathy, and the ability to create followership - Are motivated by building culture, driving change, and balancing strategy with hands‑on execution - Are fluent in both Danish and English, written and spoken. Knowledge of Swedish is an advantage. Why Mannaz?
