The sky is the limit, and we want you to be onboard What you’ll be doing As a BDR at Lobyco, your mission is simple and important, though not always easy: spark meaningful conversations with retailers around the world and help them see how Lobyco’s loyalty and promotions platform can transform the way they connect with their customers. What would your role look like? We are looking for a strong hunter and self-motivated powerhouse that thrives with challenges, a high-paced environment and are able to create a strong pipeline with opportunities we can win as a team. Key task include: Lead generation and prospecting, researching the target markets, mapping and identifying the right personas in each market Reaching out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, phone, or whatever channel gets attention - no rigid scripts, just real human conversations and your own style and personality Learning the loyalty world inside out so you can ask smart questions, listen deeply, and tailor how you position Lobyco’s value to different personas Keeping your LinkedIn presence sharp, relevant, and on-brand, while using our content, customer stories, and insights to educate, inspire, and spark interest with the right people in your target network Handling objections with confidence, empathy, and genuine curiosity (not defensiveness) Booking high-quality demos that create real opportunities (and real revenue) Teaming up with your Account Executives to hit ambitious goals and representing Lobyco together at key industry events Keeping our CRM clean and up-to-date What excites you You’ll thrive in this role if you: Love to win and are motivated by measurable outcome, meeting KPIs and stay persistent when things get tough Are hungry to grow and genuinely enjoy learning by doing Communicate clearly and confidently in English (additional languages are a big plus) Want to build a long-term career in sales. This role offers a clear progression path toward a Sales Executive or Customer Success position within the Sales organisation. You’ll receive ongoing mentorship, structured training, and access to HubSpot certifications to support your development. What would be exiting to have: It’s a big plus if you also: Have previous outbound prospecting experience - phone, email, or social, whatever works for you Know your way around CRMs and sales tools like HubSpot, Lusha, Dealfront, or Sales Navigator Have experience with qualification frameworks such as MEDDPICC, to access readiness and potential of the prospects Have experience in scale-up, SaaS, or fast-moving environment Understand retailers and/or loyalty programs Bring something unique to the team - we value personality over checkboxes Bring grit, resilience, and a strong growth mindset What success looks like Activity: Consistent outreach across emails, LinkedIn, phone, other channels Quality: Meetings booked with the right roles in the right accounts Conversion: Solid lead-to-meeting and meeting-to-deal ratios CRM hygiene and reporting: Clean, complete, and accurate data Collaboration: Bring your insights to the team so we can continuously sharpen our messaging, targeting, and overall approach Your New Workplace Your workplace will be at our Lobyco HQ in a vibrant area of Copenhagen, where you’ll join an ambitious, fast-moving tech company on an exciting international growth journey.
