About the role
We are looking for an Intern to join our Engineering Management department inKalundborg. The Engineering Management department is an inclusive team of around 60colleagues with different areas of expertise, nationalities, and years ofexperience. Engineering Management is responsible for the overall technicalintegrity of the project, meaning a solid engineering foundation is essential and interact with the whole project organization. Our goal is to lead andcoordinate the project team in the same direction ensuring NNE delivers thebest solutions in the best way. During yourinternship, you will work alongside experienced engineers and apply theknowledge from your studies to real-life engineering projects. You will gaininsight into several project phases, from early process design to equipmentspecification, project execution and testing activities. To be eligiblefor this internship, you must currently be enrolled in a relevant studyprogramme at University College Absalon, Campus Kalundborg. Kindly note thatthis internship is available only as an official part of your study programme. Location Kalundborg Experience Studentlevel Department EngineeringManagement How you might spend your days Participating in design decision workshops with colleagues and customers Supporting change and scope management throughout project execution Contributing to cross-disciplinary collaboration across engineering teams Following project execution and supporting testing activities alongside experienced engineers Who you are Curious and motivated to apply youracademic knowledge to practical engineering assignments Open-minded and comfortable collaborating with different people Structured and attentive to quality inyour work Proactive and willing to takeresponsibility for your assignments Able to work independently while knowingwhen to seek input from colleagues What you bring to the role You are currently enrolled in a relevantengineering study programme at University College Absalon, CampusKalundborg (e.g. chemistry,biotechnology, bioprocess engineering, pharmaceutical production oranother relevant technical field) Your internship can be approved as anofficial part of your study programme You are proficient in written and spokenEnglish You are comfortable using Microsoft Wordand Excel, while experience with Microsoft Visio is considered anadvantage Life at NNE NNE is short forNovo Nordisk Engineering.
