About the role
As a DD&IT Strategy Lead, you will be working closely with business stakeholders and develop strategic decision material for senior leaders. You will also collaborate with col-leagues within and outside of DD&IT in aligning and shaping enterprise-wide strategy initiatives. This requires a proactive mind-set, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to consistently deliver high quality. Ultimately, to make sure we continue to deliver an increasing level of digitalisation to our patients.

As part of this responsibility, you will:
• Conduct in-depth analysis, mainly translating our corporate strategy into digital, data and IT topics, finally communicate key insights to senior management
• Lead and drive strategic projects in close collaboration with key stakeholders from business areas and/or DD&IT
• Manage complex stakeholder landscape and build relationships with key stake-holders to become a trusted partner of business areas and/or DD&IT
• Obtain deep knowledge of one or more business areas in Novo Nordisk, while en-suring an enterprise-wide view on strategic topics
• Contribute to the good team spirit, and energetic atmosphere of the team

Qualifications:
We imagine the ideal candidate will possess most of the following:
• A Master’s degree in any field. We value unique backgrounds to complement our already diverse team. What matters most is your approach and ability to learn
• Experience as a strategy/management consultant or a similar role, with a mini-mum of 4 years of relevant experience and a well-developed consulting toolbox.
• A proven track record in leading and executing strategy development types of projects. Preferably within pharma, but not a necessity
• The ability to navigate challenges and promote innovative problem-solving ap-proaches.

About the team
With this role, we welcome you to Digital, Data & IT – the digital partner to all of Novo Nordisk. We also welcome you to Strategy Partnering, which is part of the Strategy and Transformation (S&T). The team supports in shaping and driving digital transformation of Novo Nordisk in close collaboration with stakeholders across DD&IT and the business. The team is composed of 5 highly skilled, diverse individuals, which are all based in Ballerup, DK.
