Taastrup, Høje-Taastrup Kommune, Denmark TITAN Containers AS Full time
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

About TITAN Containers

TITAN is the world's largest containerised storage company, operating in 90 countries and established in 1987. It provides flexible storage solutions, including temperature-controlled containers, across industries like pharmaceuticals, food, and renewable energy, serving clients such as Vestas, Tesco, and Sonoco. With 60,000+ containers across 100+ sites, TITAN leads in Storage-as-a-Service, offering modular solutions while upholding its core values.

The Role

We are seeking a data-driven and solution-oriented Logistics Manager to join our global team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing container reallocation, developing logistics strategies, and supporting operational and commercial teams with efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally responsible transport solutions within the European market.

Working cross-functionally with Procurement, Production, and Key Account teams, you will help ensure we have stock available where and when it's needed — while minimising empty moves and optimising fleet utilisation.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Transport Management

- Establish and manage global transport agreements in collaboration with Procurement to support international fleet reallocation in a sustainable and cost-effective manner.
- Build and maintain a network of hauliers, rail providers, and transport partners to support reliable container movements worldwide.
- Coordinate internal container reallocations, balancing supply and demand to reduce idle units and avoid unnecessary transport.
- Support Production and Sales teams with logistics planning for inbound/outbound flows and unit availability.

Supply Chain & Operational Support

- Expand and optimise logistics production methods and identify new, innovative solutions.
- Support the commercial organization with customer requests where stock is not locally available by sourcing competitive transport options to reposition idle containers.
- Work closely with country teams to align fleet availability with market demand and sales opportunities.

Market & Cost Analysis

- Conduct regular market and cost analysis to support logistics decision-making and inform container movement strategies.
- Monitor returns and local stock levels, and identify when reallocation, local sale, or new procurement is the most viable solution.
- Support decisions on whether to sell and buy locally or relocate existing units, based on market conditions, costs, and environmental impact.

Risk, Compliance & Resilience

- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements and safety standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks across the supply chain, including transport disruptions, cost volatility and capacity constraints.

Sustainability & Efficiency

- Promote sustainable logistics by minimising empty container movements and ensuring we move containers with cargo whenever possible.
- Contribute to TITAN's broader environmental objectives through smart, data-informed logistics strategies.

Process Improvement & Collaboration

- Drive continuous improvement across logistics processes to improve service levels, reduce costs and support scalability.
- Champion logistics best practice within the organization and support cross functional knowledge sharing.

Skills & Experience

- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field or minimum 5 years of experience in international logistics, supply chain operations, or transport management.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret logistics data and market trends.
- Proficiency in logistics and transport management systems (eg TMS, ERP Platforms) and advanced Excel or data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).
- Experience with digitalizing logistics processes and using data to drive decision-making is a plus).
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and managing third-party logistics providers.
- Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Cultural Fit / Growth Mindset

At TITAN, we value collaboration, agility and innovation. We are looking for a Logistics Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex challenges and brings a proactive, hands-on approach to driving improvement and delivering results.
