Hvad laver en Financial Controller i Zibra Group?

Som Financial Controller får du ansvaret for din egen portefølje af virksomheder, som vi har investeret i. Dine opgaver spænder bredt og indebærer blandt andet:

Sparringspartner for direktørerne

- Du fungerer som tæt sparringspartner og first point of contact til finansafdelingen for direktørerne i dine selskaber.
- Direktørerne er specialister i deres felt, men har ikke nødvendigvis en økonomisk baggrund – derfor er der brug for en stærk finansiel sparringspartner, der kan støtte dem i deres beslutninger.

Månedlig controlling og rapportering

- Efter bogholderne har lukket bøgerne, sikrer du den korrekte regnskabsmæssige behandling.
- Du udfører analytiske og virksomhedsspecifikke handlinger, herunder analyse af afvigelser mellem budget og realiserede tal.
- Du afholder månedlige rapporteringsmøder med direktørerne for at give et overblik over selskabets finansielle situation samt sparring om kort- og langsigtede handlinger.
- Vi bruger Tableau til rapportering – erfaring med BI-værktøjer er en fordel

Budgetter og forecasts

- Du har ansvaret for budget- og forecast-processen.
- Direktørerne leverer input, og du kvalitetssikrer og udfordrer, så slutproduktet hænger sammen med selskabets strategi.

Revisionsprocessen

- Vi har mange selskaber, og revisionsprocessen er en vigtig opgave, vi tager seriøst.
- Du spiller en aktiv rolle i forberedelsen og koordineringen – og vi hjælper hinanden i teamet, så vi kommer godt i mål.

Compliance

- Du sikrer, at dine selskaber overholder gældende lovgivning og reguleringer.
- Du holder dig opdateret, men vi har ingen nulfejlskultur – vi sparrer og hjælper hinanden som et stærkt team.

Hvem søger vi?

Du har formentlig en uddannelse som cand.merc.aud, HD eller lignende. Du har nogle års erfaring fra en lignende stilling – eller måske kommer du direkte fra revisionsbranchen?

Derudover søger vi en kollega, der:

- Er serviceminded, løsningsorienteret og arbejder struktureret
- Drives af at levere høj kvalitet og følger opgaver til dørs
- Har en solid regnskabsmæssig forståelse og analytiske evner
