In this role, you’ll work closely with skilled colleagues across borders and functions, including our commercial teams in Denmark, the UK, and Ireland, and our manufacturing sites in Poland, Lithuania, and Denmark. This is what you will be doing
As a Product Manager, you’ll partner closely with our Product Category Lead to ensure the right product assortment portfolio and execute impactful product-related projects. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Understanding customer needs to drive product innovation and alignment.
- Managing and optimizing product assortments for sustainable growth.
- Communicating product changes effectively across teams.
- Overseeing the project portfolio to ensure progress and alignment with strategic goals.
- Leading projects to successful completion.
- Providing day-to-day support to ensure smooth operations.
You’ll also have the opportunity to travel to our DOVISTA sites across Europe (approximately 10-15 days per year), further enhancing your knowledge and impact.
What you will bring to the team
We’re looking for someone with a blend of technical expertise, project management experience, and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will:
- Have a strong understanding of product management principles and processes.
- Possess experience in managing projects, ideally within manufacturing or product development settings.
- Be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Excel in organization, initiative, and analytical problem-solving.
