ReSource Denmark driver Danmarks største plastsorteringsanslæg, som er placeret i Esbjerg. Vi bidrager aktivt til den grønne omstilling ved at sikre, at så meget plast som mulig bliver sorteret til genanvendelse i Danmark. Vores højautomatiserede anlæg, der anvender den nyeste teknologi, blev idriftsat i juni 2024 og sorterer plastaffald fra hele Danmark. Vi arbejder på to skift og har ca. 40 medarbejdere ansat.

Til en nyoprettet og spændende stilling søger vi en Logistics Manager, der kan motivere og lede tre medarbejdere samt optimere vores interne logistikprocesser. Effektiv logistik er en vigtig faktor i forhold til vores ambition om at blive Europas fortrukne sorteringsanlæg, hvor du vil få en central rolle i at udvikle og drive denne funktion.

Du vil have mulighed for at sætte dit præg på opbygningen af vores logistikafdeling og implementeringen af tilhørende systemer. Som Logistics Manager vil du have et tæt samarbejde med både kollegaer og eksterne samarbejdspartnere på tværs af organisationen. Dine opgaver vil primært være:

- Koordinere interne og eksterne transporter
- Samarbejde med eksterne mæglere og transportselskaber
- Ansvar for registrering af læsning og aflæsning af lastbiler
- Koordinere indkomne varer (feedstock)
- Opbygge system til interne lagre og trafikmanagement
- Drifte og have ansvar for vores vejebrosystem

Vi forestiller os, at du er

Uddannet speditør, disponent eller tilsvarende og har 3 – 5 års erfaring fra en lignende stilling, hvor du bl.a., har arbejdet med forskellige logistik løsninger internt og eksternt. Du har et godt overblik og tager initiativ og bruger dette til at koordinere transporter og andre logistikopgaver.

Du løser dine opgaver struktureret og selvstændigt med en naturlig detaljegrad, hvor deadlines overholdes. Du er innovatiov og elsker nye udfordringer. I dit arbejde er det naturligt for dig at kommunikere med alle i organisationen på en professionel og imødekommende måde, som er præget af nysgerrighed og entusiasme, Du trives i en virksomhed, hvor både det sociale og fagligheden sættes højt. Det er vigtigt, at du kan kommunikere mundtligt og skriftligt på dansk og engelsk samt dagligt arbejder med Office-pakken.
