Business Analyst in Corporate Customer Engagement Tribe

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our CRM team in Corporate Customer Engagement Tribe, where we possess strong CRM and customer insight capabilities. We work in a scaled agile set-up, with cross-functional squads staffed with a mix of business and functional specialists, developers and designers. As our tribe continues to grow, so do our responsibilities and the need to expand our capabilities. Driving change and innovation through expertise As our new business analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring our solutions meet the needs of business relationship managers and their customers. Your primary focus will be on identifying and understanding business challenges, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and translating these into clear and actionable solutions. You will also play a central role in communicating complex business needs to the development team, ensuring alignment throughout the process. Once a solution has been developed, you will work closely with stakeholders to validate and sign off the enhancements, ensuring they deliver the expected value for the business. Your ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation will be key to your success in this role. Your skills and experience - Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable solutions - Familiarity with CRM systems and related processes - Experience working in agile environments, with a willingness to experiment and iterate - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - A proactive approach and the capability to work alone as well as collaboratively on a team Why Us?
