Our current salesperson is in happy circumstances, and therefore we are currently looking for the right person to handle her tasks during her maternity leave until December 2025. There will be a possibility for extension Employment is wanted as soon as possible.

We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and organized salesperson to handle this maternity cover. In addition to a fighter mentality and a relationship-building personality, you are skilled at communicating and are deadline-oriented. You come with experience from a similar position where you have had to sell, as well as nurture new as well as existing customers, and at the same time have been measured on your personal sales results. Since the job consists of a lot of outreach sales, you must thrive with this.

For us, personality and hosting skills are a big priority. You will need to win over our customers by providing a service that is tailored to their individual needs.

Who are you?

- You have professional sales experience, and preferably experience from the hotel industry
- You have a winning mentality, and don't give up on your goals
- You meet challenges with a positive mind and an openness
- You have strong communication and negotiation skills, with a persuasive personality that enjoys active sales
- You thrive on working in a multicultural team and are willing to collaborate across departments
- You speak English fluently and on negotiation level, Danish and German is an advantage.

Working as a salesperson entails

- Independent planning of your workday
- Implementation of all Motel One sales activities, such as customer events, etc.
- Acquisition of new business customers (primarily by telephone), including negotiation and conclusion of contracts
- Care for our existing customers
- Preparation and understanding of reports and analysis of customer performance, as well as your own
- Monitoring and analysis of competitors' activity
- Insight into new areas of activity through cross-departmental collaboration

Du kommer med erfaring fra en lignende stilling, hvor du har skullet sælge, samt pleje såvel nye som eksisterende kunder og samtidig er blevet målt på dine personlige salgsresultater. Da jobbet består af meget opsøgende salg, skal du trives med dette.

- Du har professionel salgserfaring og gerne erfaring fra hotelbranchen (er en fordel)
- Du har en vindermentalitet og giver ikke op på dine mål
- Du møder udfordringer med et positivt sind og en åbenhed
- Du har stærke kommunikative og forhandlingsevner, med en overbevisende personlighed som nyder aktivt salg
- Du trives med at arbejde i et multikulturelt team og er villig til at samarbejde på tværs af afdelinger
- Du taler enten dansk eller engelsk

At arbejde som sælger indebærer

- Selvstændig planlægning af din arbejdsdag
- Implementering af alle Motel One-salgsaktiviteter, såsom kundearrangementer m.m.
- Anskaffelse af nye erhvervskunder (primært telefonisk), herunder forhandling og indgåelse af kontrakter
- Pleje af vores eksisterende kunder
- Udarbejdelse og forståelse af rapporter og analyse af kundepræstationer, samt dine egne
- Overvågning og analyse af konkurrenternes aktivitet
- Indsigt i nye aktivitetsområder ved hjælp af tværafdelingssamarbejde
