Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor high-performing R&D teams to drive project success. Develop and implement research strategies to meet key milestones. Oversee client projects to ensure timely progress and impactful results. Collaborate with scientists and stakeholdersof all levels to deliver on project timelines and deliverables. Provide expert technical guidance to support project outcomes. What You Bring:

Education:
PhD in Synthetic Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related discipline. Industry

Experience:
7+ years in microbial strain engineering, withcorporateexpertise in pharmaceutical or industrial bioprocesses. Technical Expertise: Strong background in production strain technology, recombinant protein expression, or metabolite production. Proven track-record in developing microbial strains for bioprocesses. Leadership:Exceptional project management skills, including team mentorship and development. Analyticaland Communication:Ability to solve complex problems and communicateeffectivelyincl. inwritten and oral presentations. Adaptability:Capacity to excel in a dynamic, fast-growing organization. Qualifications:
Experienceleadingagile R&D teams. Technical strain engineering experience inBacillus, E. coli, Corynebacteriumor yeasts (Pichia, S. cerevisiaeetc) Familiarity with corporate bioprocess developmentworkflows. Knowledge of Design of Experiments (DoE), small-scale automation, and fermentation science. Background in pharmaceutical GMP environments.
