We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team We are looking for an outgoing hospitality professional with a sales mindset to assist in helping grow our hotel. Your primary responsibility will be to support the sales team in generating revenue and building business opportunities. This includes coordinating and executing sales activities such as responding to inquiries, reaching out to potential clients, and overseeing administrative tasks. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales in Copenhagen, you’ll serve as the operational backbone of the department, ensuring smooth processes and effective support for the team. Key Responsibilities: Sales Administration & Documentation Assist the Director of Sales with day-to-day administration, maintain accurate systems and databases, and keep all documentation for contracts, tender, and client communication organized. Client Interaction & Lead Management Handle inbound B2B inquiries, qualify leads, and pass opportunities to the relevant manager. Support sales team by tracking production, monitoring deadlines, and preparing client review data. Sales Support Activities Prepare proposals, contracts, and RFP responses. Coordinate familiarisation trips, property tours, client visits, and sales events. Continuous Development Participate in training as required to stay updated and enhance skills. You’ll succeed in the above with: Experience in a hospitality role involving sales support, reservations, marketing or administration responsibilities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in Danish Ability to manage diverse responsibilities and meet deadlines A proactive, service-oriented mindset and the initiative to resolve issues independently and escalate when necessary Commercial awareness with the ability to interpret basic performance data Comfortable working with CRM, PMS, or sales systems (experience is an advantage; training provided) Values you’ll share with us: Courage to question, adapt, and stay authentic Curiosity and creativity in your approach to thinking and working Confidence to challenge convention and seek better ways of doing things Accountability and a genuine desire to empower those around you Locke Hotels Ready for something new?
