Your Responsibilities As B2C Industry Lead, you will be part of our Digital Advisory team and take on a key role in defining and executing Novicell’s position in the B2C market. From day one, you will be responsible for building strong partnerships with new and existing clients and for translating strategy into action. - Lead high-impact consulting engagements across retail, D2C, and omnichannel. - Drive growth in the B2C industry by increasing client engagement - Lead pitch processes and win new business through compelling proposals, business cases, and C-level presentations. - Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in close collaboration with our commercial and marketing teams, ensuring strong positioning and market impact. - Identify and stay updated on new market trends and opportunities, staying ahead of emerging trends and client needs. - Facilitate strategic processes, roadmaps, and implementation plans for our clients - Build thought leadership through events, content, and industry contributions that strengthen Novicell’s visibility. - Act as the central point of contact for GTM alignment across sales and marketing, ensuring consistency in positioning and narrative. Your profile We imagine you are a commercially minded and strategic leader with strong experience in the B2C industry – ideally from a digital consultancy, management consulting, e-commerce, or digital business development. You are motivated by creating growth, building trusted relationships, and turning opportunities into measurable results. - 5–7 years of experience in B2C strategy, digital transformation, retail, or D2C. - A proven track record leading complex pitch and sales processes with C-level stakeholders. - Strong business and market understanding, including omnichannel, loyalty, personalization, and digital transformation. - The ability to combine structured, analytical thinking with hands-on execution. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to quality and detail. - A natural ability to build trust and engage stakeholders across levels. - Fluency in English and Danish, both spoken and written.
