- Prepare and present traditional Turkish dishes with care, consistency, and quality.
- Ensure all food is cooked and presented according to our restaurant's standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to manage prep and stock levels efficiently.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Help train and support junior kitchen staff when needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a chef or cook, preferably with Turkish or Mediterranean cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of Turkish ingredients, cooking techniques, and presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and handle pressure during peak hours.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to food quality.
- Team player with a positive and respectful attitude.
