About the role
As a Campaign and Project Lead, you will be part of the Commercial Excellence Team within Danske Bank's Business Customer unit as part of the Nordic Analytic and Insights Team. In this role, you will manage and execute inbound, outbound and marketing campaigns tailored for our Business Customers, ensuring alignment with commercial strategies across all Nordic countries. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders in the bank's Business Customers unit, which serves over 200,000 small and mid-sized corporates across various market areas.
Additionally, you will be responsible for leading our weekly sprints, allocate tasks, and ensure effective capacity planning. Ensure a great workload balance and identifying potential risks and delays.
In this position, you can expect to fully utilise your planning management and analytical skills. While much of the work involves collaboration, you should also be comfortable and effective working independently.
We are seeking a candidate based in Denmark, Norway, Sweden or Finland, who will report to the Head of Analytics & Insights.
Qualifications and Requirements
You have a curious mindset to challenge status quo and bring positive energy to the team with a can-do attitude. As a Campaign analyst & project lead your main responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for our weekly sprints, distribution of tasks and capacity planning.
- Set up target groups for inbound, outbound and digital campaigns (Marketing Automation).
- Extracting and processing data to define relevant target groups.
- Execute campaigns in SAS360, the current tool used by Danske Bank, with a transition to a new marketing tool expected in 2026.
- Close collaboration with Marketing and Commercial Planners.
You are required to have:
- Proficiency in English, with strong language and writing skills.
- Hands on experience with Marketing Analytics tools and execution of digital campaigns (e.g. emails).
- A commercial mindset with solid analytical skills and a structured, data-driven approach.
- Experience with sprint and project management tools.
- Demonstrate a high work ethic with the ability to maintain an overview and effectively manage multiple tasks, projects, or dialogues simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills.
It's also nice if you have:
- Experience with analytics and Marketing analytics tools such as SAS360 or Adobe.
- B2B understanding.
- Experience in the Banking industry.
- Experience working in an agile set-up with remote team members.
The ideal candidate has experience working with sprint and hands on experience with CRM campaigns from a former position. Also, we're looking for great communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at Danske Bank.
