Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new business customers, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and efficient experience. Use your solid KYC and AML expertise to identify and mitigate risks while maintaining speed and accuracy. Handle complex cases independently using our custom-built case management system. Collaborate closely with the Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) team to ensure we meet all regulatory requirements. Be a trusted sparring partner for junior colleagues, sharing knowledge and driving team excellence. Participate in team and management meetings, contributing insights to improve workflows and shape upcoming automation efforts. You’re fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love working with autonomy. You take pride in your attention to detail, structure, and risk awareness. You’re motivated by winning as a team and pushing yourself — and others — to deliver top-tier results.
