The Position
As our Associate Warehouse Manager, you will constantly see opportunities over limitations as the consequences of lacking or late decision could lead to stock outs to our customers.
The position demands that the area is working on improving productivity and efficiency, and that you are innovative, proactive and able to look ahead in an independent way understanding the whole area and the tasks and challenges of other departments.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Ensure internal and external quality demands as well as regulatory requirements are following cGMP.
- The team in all processes follow the current SOP's and Job Instructions.
- Managerial responsibility for the team's employees and ensure that responsibility, tasks interface and decision competences are clearly defined and understood by the whole team.
- Ensure stabile performance with minimal stoppage for the production lines.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position you need to have:
- An academic degree in a relevant area (i.e. Business Administration, Supply Chain) and/or experience with warehouse and supply chain management.
- Experience with leading operators and skilled workers.
- Good knowledge of quality assurance and quality control.
- Proven experience within LEAN management or similar.
- Fluency in both Danish and English language, verbal and written.
- Ability to set direction and drive performance in the team, with strong co-operation and communication skills.

FPM DK-1 is part of Finished Product Manufacturing (FPM) located in Kalundborg. Our team of approximately 560 colleagues works collaboratively to ensure that our finished products are assembled and packed to the highest standards. As the final step in the supply chain, we are committed to excellence in manufacturing and quality control, bringing value to our patients worldwide.
