Restaurant Manager We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Restaurant Manager in Roskilde, Denmark. This is a contract position that would be ideal for a student looking for part-time work or someone without previous experience in the restaurant industry. As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurants operations including managing staff ensuring high-quality service and food and maintaining the overall profitability of the establishment. You will work closely with the owner to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers and increase sales. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills excellent communication abilities and a customer-centric mindset. You should also possess strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the hospitality or service industry is preferred but not required. If you are enthusiastic about working in the restaurant industry have excellent interpersonal skills and are eager to learn new things

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant Train and supervise staff members Ensure high-quality service is provided to customers Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently Create schedules for staff members based on business needs Prepare weekly reports on sales expenses and profits Requirements High school diploma or equivalent pursuing a degree in hospitality or related field is preferred but not required Strong leadership skills Excellent communication skills Customer-centric mindset Ability to work flexible hours including weekends Basic knowledge of food safety regulations Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Salary This is a contract position with a monthly salary of 1100$.
