Salary:
180–240 zł net per hour, depending on experience and skills Job Overview Support the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and administration of critical IT/OT systems in a regulated industrial environment, with emphasis on ABB 800xA infrastructure and GxP-compliant systems. Responsibilities Eksploatacja i utrzymanie infrastruktury IT/OT oraz systemów sterowania (DCS) Administracja systemami krytycznymi dla produkcji i systemami GxP Obsługa incydentów, troubleshooting oraz analiza przyczyn Realizacja zatwierdzonych zmian, patchy i aktualizacji Backup, odtwarzanie, archiwizacja i odzyskiwanie danych Remediacja podatności po skanach bezpieczeństwa Zarządzanie użytkownikami i dostępami (w tym przeglądy dostępów) Współpraca z zespołami automatyki, produkcji, QA/compliance, IT oraz dostawcami Wsparcie gotowości audytowej, dokumentacji i utrzymania stanu zwalidowanego Qualifications 2–5+ years of experience in IT/OT in an industrial or production environment Experience with ABB 800xA or similar control systems (DCS/SCADA) Experience in regulated environments (GxP, GMP, pharma, biotech) Knowledge of incident management, patch management, backup/restore, and system administration Experience managing critical production systems Good communication skills in English Attention to detail and focus on quality and regulatory compliance Nice to Have Hands‑on experience with ABB 800xA Knowledge of OT cybersecurity and vulnerability management Experience with architecture and lifecycle management of systems Benefits Long-term collaboration Technical training, certifications, and skill development Mentoring Competence Center opportunities Clear career path Employee benefit package (Multisport, private health care, life insurance) Friendly work atmosphere, social events, and team‑building meetings
