As a Restaurant Manager Trainee you will have the opportunity to learn and develop the skills necessary to become a successful restaurant manager This position is ideal for individuals without prior experience in restaurant management including students looking to gain real-world experience Based in Greenland you will work closely with our experienced restaurant managers and learn all aspects of running a successful restaurant Responsibilities Shadowing and assisting experienced managers in day-to-day operations of the restaurant Learning how to manage inventory order supplies and maintain equipment Training and supervising staff Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant Assisting with financial management including budgeting and cost control Contributing ideas for menu development and marketing strategies Requirements High school diploma or equivalent pursuing a degree in hospitality or business is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership abilities Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Customer service oriented mindset Proven organizational skills and attention to detail Basic knowledge of financial principles experience with budgeting is a plus
