Internship We are looking for analysts for our spring/summer internship at Voluntās at our office in Copenhagen. The internship program is designed to acquaint you with insight into yourself and your human potential while providing a real, hands‑on opportunity to experience various assignments with our international clients. You will contribute to our work by applying critical and creative thinking on strategic issues and propose problem‑solving frameworks to address key client challenges. As an Analyst, you will serve as a full‑time member of our team and receive day‑to‑day coaching when joining our journey to realize human potential. Voluntās is a young and busy community. The work spans across brand positioning, PR & communication strategy and employer branding with a focus on crafting bold, agenda‑setting brands that connect deeply with employees, customers, and communities. Typical responsibilities include conducting research and stakeholder interviews, developing positioning and messaging frameworks, shaping tone‑of‑voice and visual guidelines with designers, planning channel and content strategies, and supporting implementation and measurement to ensure coherence and impact across every touchpoint.
