Place of work
- The candidate will be based in Albertslund with the option of remote workdays.
- The locations in the Nordic countries (Denmark, Sweden, and Norway) closely collaborate.
In Denmark, there are approximately 30 employees in the office.

The job
The Campaign Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth in the Nordic markets across both the education and workplace sectors. The Campaigns Manager is responsible for developing Go to market plans for growth areas and executing both marketing strategies that drive engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue. This role oversees the planning and execution of targeted campaigns for Denmark, Norway and Sweden while managing a team of specialists. The manager works closely with sales and marketing leadership to align efforts with broader business objectives. In addition to leadership and strategy, this role is also hands-on, directly involved in executing campaigns, optimising performance, and reporting on results.
Main responsibilities
Core responsibilities:
- Campaign strategy, management and hands-on execution

Campaign strategy and hands-on execution:
- Defining campaign goals and objectives, ensuring they align with overall business strategies.
- Actively execute campaigns, including overseeing tactical elements such as audience segmentation, content development, and multi-channel distribution (email, digital ads, events, etc.).
- Lead the creation and execution of personalised ABM campaigns (one to one, one to few, and one to many), ensuring they effectively engage key accounts.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from planning to launch, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and meet performance targets.
Team leadership & development:
- Lead, coach, and support a team of specialists.
- Foster collaboration between team members to ensure seamless execution and strategy alignment.
- Encourage professional growth by setting clear objectives and providing ongoing feedback and mentorship.
Sales collaboration & alignment:
- Work closely with sales leadership to align marketing strategies with sales objectives, ensuring the smooth execution of joint campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales on account targeting, personalised messaging, and the identification of key opportunities to engage target accounts.
- Regularly meet with sales to gather feedback on campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to improve lead conversion and pipeline impact.
Campaign performance analysis & real-time optimisation:
- Monitor and analyse the performance of regional and ABM campaigns, tracking key metrics such as engagement, lead generation, and contribution to pipeline.
- Use real-time data and insights to adjust and optimise campaigns for better results.
- Provide detailed reporting on campaign outcomes, offering recommendations for improvements and future campaigns.
Budget management & resource allocation:
- Oversee the budget for the Nordic markets, ensuring resources are used efficiently to maximise ROI.
- Allocate team and budgetary resources across campaigns based on priorities and strategic importance.
- Ensure that spending and resource allocation align with overall business goals, and provide regular budget reporting to leadership.

Qualifications and competences
Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications.
Experience:
Essential:
- Fluent in English - verbal and written communication
- 3+ years proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- 2+ years of team management experience
- Experience working with CRM software
- Senior management level interaction
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and challenges and develop effective solutions
- Strong understanding of data analytics and the ability to measure and analyse campaign performance
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
