Locke Copenhagen is scheduled to open in early March 2026 and will be a key part of Copenhagen’s vibrant new district – Postbyen. Postbyen is a modern urban area in the heart of Copenhagen, located between the Central Station and Kalvebod Brygge. Locke Copenhagen will offer 234 stylish rooms spread across two iconic round towers, with rooms located up to 70 meters high, along with a signature restaurant, a buzzing cocktail bar, and a rooftop bar with stunning 360-degree views of the city and waterfront. We're looking for a Reservation Coordinator to join our team Start date: Latest 1 February 2026. We open our doors on 2 March, which means that we would like the whole team to join us on-site one month earlier. This training period is a key part of bringing the hotel to life together; we will get to know the hotel, learn our systems, and build the foundation for a great opening. To give everyone the best possible start, this timeframe is fixed.  The role Our future Reservations Coordinator will be a core part of our guest booking journey. You will manage incoming individual-, corporate- and group- reservation enquiries, provide accurate and timely information, and ensure every guest or partner receives a professional and seamless experience. Reservations is a key revenue driver and the first point of contact for many guests and partners. Accurate handling of enquiries, efficient turnaround times, and strong service delivery directly influence conversion, satisfaction and repeat business. Key Responsibilities: Enquiry & Booking Handling Process enquiries and booking requests by phone, email and digital channels, providing clear communication and a helpful experience. Quotes & Confirmations Share accurate pricing, availability and booking confirmations, and manage amendments, cancellations and special requests in line with company policies. Reservation Management Maintain complete and accurate reservation records across all systems and ensure service levels and response times meet internal standards. FOH Support Create and update group overview documents for the Front of House team to keep operations running smoothly. Conversion & Follow-Up Maximise enquiry-to-booking conversion through proactive follow-up and attentive communication. Sales Collaboration Support the Sales department whenever needed to ensure seamless coordination.
