Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor you will be responsible for conducting surveys and providing accurate data on land and property boundaries You will also be responsible for preparing maps charts and reports based on your survey findings This role requires strong knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment as well as the ability to interpret data and communicate effectively with clients The ideal candidate will have a biometric passport and at least 2 years of experience in land surveying This position is located in Roskilde Denmark Responsibilities Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries and topographic features Use specialized equipment such as GPS receivers total stations and drones to collect data Analyze survey data to create accurate maps and reports Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions based on survey findings Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers and architects on construction projects Keep accurate records of surveys data and equipment maintenance Requirements Bachelors degree in Surveying or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment Proficiency in using software such as AutoCAD or GIS for map creation Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Biometric passport Willingness to travel for work assignments Benefits Competitive salary of $1000 per month Opportunities for career growth within the company Professional development opportunities
