you: A workplace in a value driven company where results, expansion and development are key A broad and impactful HR role combining business partnering and Talent Acquisition leadership Strong possibilities for personal and professional development in an international company Great employee benefits, flexibility in work and salary based on competencies and performance A workplace where results, development and continuous improvement are highly valued WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT Your responsibilities within business partnering: Act and fully contribute as the trusted HR partner Drive leadership and specialist development, training and coaching initiatives Partner with leaders on performance management Identify, develop and retain internal talent Advise managers on employee relations and disciplinary matters Ensure HR policies, tools and KPIs while supporting a strong workplace Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen the organisation Your responsibilities within leading the TA team: Leading, coaching and developing the TA team Empowering team members and giving them ownership of their areas of responsibility Setting clear expectations, priorities and following up on results Ensuring collaboration between TA, HR Business Partners and hiring managers Ensuring a strong candidate and hiring-manager experience Using recruitment insights and data to identify opportunities for improvement and proactivity WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING We are looking for a new colleague who has: Solid experience as an Senior HR Business Partner, an HR Manager, TA Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a global environment A business-oriented mindset and the ability to understand both current and future needs A natural ability to build trusted relationships with managers and challenge them constructively Naturally takes ownership and accountability for own area of responsibility Is curious and continuously looks for better and more effective ways of working Empowers and develops others, creating an environment where people can take ownership and grow
