DTU Health Tech invites applications for a PhD scholarship in isoform-level omics analysis. The candidate will work on method development and applied analysis in the Isoform Analysis group of the Bioinformatics Section at DTU.
The position requires a two-year master's degree in bioinformatics or equivalent, strong programming in R and Python, and experience with single-cell RNA-seq data and isoform analysis. Salary follows Danish national agreements; 3-year appointment starting 1 January 2027.
