IWC is seeking an organized, proactive, and creative individual to join our team as a Student Assistant (average of 12 hours a week). This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has enthusiasm for administration, communication, and marketing.
Key responsibilities
Administration
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to our Chief Commercial Officer, including calendar management, scheduling, and correspondence
- Maintain filing systems
- Maintain Client Relationship Management systems
- Assist with travel arrangements and event coordination.
Communication
- Maintain and update our company website
- Manage social media accounts and assist with community engagement, including creating and scheduling content
- Help manage inquiries.
Marketing Support
- Assist with the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns
- Support the development of, and prepare, marketing materials, including brochures, client presentations, and other communications as needed
- Conduct market research.
Qualifications and experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (business language at IWC is English, so fluency in oral and written English is a requirement)
- Organizational skills, ability to multitask and work independently
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
- Familiarity with office software (especially Microsoft Office Suite)
- Administrative, communication and marketing experience is a plus.
