København, Denmark Veo group Full time

About the Role

At Veo, we’re transforming how sports teams experience and improve their game. Our innovative, AI-powered camera solution makes recording matches and training sessions automatic, giving teams at every level access to tools and insights once reserved for the elite. With over 40,000 clubs in 90+ countries using Veo every week, we’re proud to be democratizing sports video analysis and performance improvement.

But what truly sets us apart? Our people. We’re a diverse group of innovative thinkers, creators, and problem-solvers who believe in delivering a remarkable product—and having fun while doing it.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our Viewing Experience —a team focused on creating seamless and intuitive experiences for consuming sports content. Your work will focus on helping players, friends, families, and fans connect with the moments that matter most, whether it’s finding highlights of themselves or someone they care about.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Product Manager to take the lead in transforming how people watch and engage with sports content. From real-time live streaming to surfacing the best moments after the game, you’ll be at the heart of delivering fast, seamless, and deeply satisfying experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Discovery: Help users quickly find the moments that matter most—whether it’s their own highlights, a specific play, or footage of someone they care about—and ensure they can access this highly relevant content as fast as possible.
  • Live Game Experiences: Enhance the livestream experience, delivering intuitive and engaging ways to consume real-time game content.
  • Driving Engagement: Create features that inspire users to engage deeply with their content, whether it’s sharing their child’s winning goal, reliving an incredible save, or celebrating a game-changing tackle. Make it easy for every user to connect with and share the moments that matter most to them.
  • Revenue Opportunities: Identify and deliver new value-added services for viewers, creating innovative features that not only engage users but also open up new revenue streams.
  • Exploration & Innovation: Be responsible for launching new revenue-generating products, from concept to completion, using rapid prototyping and iteration to facilitate business growth.
  • Strategic Vision: Shape the product roadmap to align with business goals, ensuring every new feature or experience contributes to user satisfaction and business success.
  • Business Insight: Work closely with stakeholders to develop sustainable pricing models for new offerings, ensuring they resonate with users and promote growth.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs, including user engagement, satisfaction, and revenue generation, to measure the impact of your work and inform future decisions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years of product management experience, predominantly in SaaS, sports technology, or analytics-driven products.
  • Proven ability to oversee cross-functional teams and deliver impactful products that resonate with end-users.
  • Good analytical skills, with experience using data to inform product decisions and optimize user experiences.
  • Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
What Sets You Apart
  • Experience Monetizing Content: You’ve efficiently introduced and scaled value-added features with a sharp understanding of designing pricing models and delivering measurable business impact.
  • Engagement Expertise: You know how to enhance deep user engagement, especially through personalized content, social sharing, or innovative discovery tools that keep users coming back.
  • Passion Meets Insight: Your background in sports—whether on the field, on the sidelines, or as a fan—gives you a special perspective on creating experiences that connect emotionally with users.

Why Veo?

At Veo, we value diversity, innovation, and the pursuit of excellence. Our Copenhagen office reflects our culture—a dynamic space with an indoor ball court, rooftop terrace, and a well-equipped gym. We support creativity, collaboration, and a sense of community.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, even if your experience doesn’t perfectly match every qualification listed. What matters most is your passion, potential, and ability to make an impact.
