Stillingen
I stillingen som Automation Engineer vil du blive involveret i at drifte og optimere på de eksisterende systemer, samt være et vigtigt led i at sikre ALK investere i de rigtige automationsløsninger til support af de fremtidige produktionsfaciliter i ALK. Pt. er teamet ansvarlig for at definere det fremtidige SCADA-system, samt fremtidens løsning vedr. IT/OT produktionsnetværk til at supportere virksomhedens strategi.
Automationsteamet består af ca. 10 kompetente kollegaer, som overordnet har specialer indenfor IT og automatik. Din dagligdag bliver præget af gode kollegaer, faglige udfordringer, en meget stor bredde i dit ansvarsområde og en høj grad af medbestemmelse.
Arbejdsopgaver inkluderer:
- Supportere og sikre drift af produktionsnetværk og automatiksystemer
- Systematisk problemløsning på udstyr/systemer, ved nedbrud/produktionsudfordringer
- Vedligeholdelse af ALK's SCADA/automation systemer og produktionsnetværk
- Arbejde i overensstemmelse med cGMP regler og ALK’s kvalitetsprocedurer.
- Holde dig selv opdateret med vedligeholdelse og standardisering af processer, skabeloner og værktøjer indenfor Automation
- Deltage som SME indenfor automatikrelateret opgaver
- Indgå i projekter af større/mindre karakter, hvor du med din baggrund vil være specialisten.
Din profil
Her er nogle af de kvalifikationer, der vil kunne bringe dig i spil til stillingen:
- Erfaring med GxP og Pharma industri er ønskeligt, men ikke påkrævet.
- PLC Kodning/fejlfinding/vedligeholdelse.
- Automation hardware/El (fejlsøgning/idriftsættelse/El-dokumentation).
- IT/OT netværk.

- Struktureret og systematisk i din tilgang fra planlægning til udførsel.
- En problemløser der går til opgaverne med en positiv indstilling og godt humør.
- God til at prioritere og i stand til at bevare overblikket over mange opgaver.
- God til at kommunikere, både mundtligt og skriftligt på dansk og gerne engelsk.
- Omstillingsparat og trives med samarbejde på tværs af afdelinger.
Afdelingen
Området Engineering, Projects & Maintenance, som Operationel Technology er en del af, er ansvarlig for teknisk support til vores produktionssite i Hørsholm. Vi er ca. 45 medarbejdere i EPM, hvis hovedformål er at sikre, at alle utilities, automationsløsninger og produktionsfaciliteter altid er klar til at understøtte den daglige produktion. Derudover spiller vi en nøglerolle i at implementere projekter, der vedligeholder, udvider og udvikler vores produktionskapacitet for at understøtte ALK's fortsatte vækstrejse.
