Over the years, we've earned the trust of organizations worldwide and gained a strong reputation internationally. Our team consists of dedicated specialists covering the entire spectrum of cybersecurity – with capabilities in Predict, Prevent, Protect, Respond, and Recover.

Today, we employ around 300 employees – and as cybercrime grows, we need to grow. To support that goal, we are now looking for a Key Account Manager who wants to make a difference.

The Role

At Truesec Denmark, we're on the lookout for an experienced Key Account Manager to drive our continued growth by winning new business and nurturing strong relationships with our great customers. As one of the primary points of contact, you will ensure our customers remain satisfied while we drive our business forward with high professionalism. You will cover customers in all of Denmark; however, the majority of your key accounts will be in Jutland. You will also:

  1. Create new business: Take the initiative and discover new opportunities to expand our customer portfolio. You will have the freedom to set goals and initiatives that make the Danish team perform even better than today.
  2. Build & retain relationships: Develop and maintain strong bonds with our customers, ensuring their needs are consistently met.
  3. Understand customer & market needs: Gain deep insights into our customers' business goals and cybersecurity requirements in general.
  4. Drive growth: Identify chances to expand existing partnerships through upselling and cross-selling.
  5. Collaborate internally: Work closely with our teams to ensure we deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations.
  6. Monitor and report: Keep an eye on customer satisfaction, account performance, and market trends, and share your insights with the team.
  7. Stay informed: Keep up with the latest industry trends, emerging threats, and competitive developments to always offer the best advice.
Your Potential Background
  1. You have solid experience within the cybersecurity industry.
  2. You have a minimum of 5–10 years of proven success as a Key Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role, ideally within cybersecurity.
  3. You are a strong communicator, capable of building and maintaining long-lasting, trusting relationships.
  4. You are proactive, results-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  5. You are organized and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. You approach challenges with a solution-driven mindset and remain composed under pressure.
  7. You have experience with CRM systems (preferably Hubspot).
  8. You are fluent in both Danish and English at a business level.

Due to the sensitivity in our assignments, we require Danish or Swedish citizenship or citizenship in an EU country.
