Miinto is looking for Financial Accountants with strong accounting skills who are eager to contribute to a fast-paced finance department with an international focus. As part of our finance team, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance across 14 entities, supporting financial processes, and optimizing reporting structures. Our finance department consists of 15 dedicated professionals, collaborating closely to deliver accurate financial insights, streamline operations, and maintain high compliance standards. What you will do

  1. Maintain accurate financial records and take ownership of selected month-end and year-end closing procedures (e.g. revenue, COGS and payroll booking and reconciliation).
  2. Handle VAT compliance and reporting across Europe.
  3. Manage and improve accounts receivable and collections.
  4. Inter-company invoicing in accordance with defined policies.
  5. Prepare statutory reporting across entities.
  6. Support automation and process improvements.

What we are looking for

  1. Strong accounting skills and experience from international finance functions.
  2. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  3. Accountable, detail-oriented, and driving tasks to completion.
  4. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Experience in cross-border accounting is a plus.
  6. Experience with Microsoft Business Central is a plus.
