Vi søger en Finance Manager, som kan se sig selv blive en del af et uhøjtideligt arbejdsmiljø med en høj grad af vidensdeling i teamet.

Hos Bird & Bird vil du blive en værdifuld del af et team, bestående af 6 dedikerede fuldtidsmedarbejdere, herunder dig selv, samt to studentermedhjælpere. Vi er en del af en nordisk organisation, ligesom vi indgår i et tæt samarbejde med vores kollegaer fra resten af verden, herunder særligt finansteamet i London.

Jobbet
Stillingen er for dig, der gerne vil vokse i takt med den fortsatte vækst i Bird & Bird. Det er en fordel, hvis du allerede har god erfaring med at løfte et ledelsesansvar og drømmer om at udvikle dig, i samarbejde med dine dygtige kollegaer. Du bliver den daglige leder af Finance teamet, som både varetager de interne finans-/regnskabsopgaver og vores kunderettede fakturering mv.

Med frihed under ansvar og fleksibilitet løfter du dine arbejdsopgaver, som bl.a. omfatter:

  • Den daglige ledelse af teamet
  • Udarbejde års- og halvårsbudget samt deltage i møder
  • Løbende rapportere på bl.a. måltal til lokal og global ledelse
  • Udarbejde og overvåge omsætning/omkostningsanalyse
  • Kontrollere løn og opgørelse af bonus samt overskud
  • Håndtere årlig revision og supportere bogholderifunktioner
  • Opdatere procesbeskrivelser samt diverse ad hoc-opgaver

Dine kvalifikationer
Vi leder efter dig, der har en relevant uddannelse indenfor økonomi eller regnskab og erfaring fra en lignende stilling. Det er afgørende, at du har en god talforståelse og et indgående kendskab til danske regnskabsstandarder samt skatte- og momsregler. Dertil har du solid erfaring med Excel og er vant til at arbejde med ERP-systemer.

Som person er du en teamplayer, som går ind for struktur, ordentlighed og god service. Du er kendetegnet ved en do'er attitude, som du viser ved at være proaktiv og selvstændig. Det falder dig derfor også naturligt at sætte i gang og følge opgaver til dørs. Derudover er du positiv, imødekommende og med et godt humør bidrager du gerne til den gode stemning på kontoret.

Vi forventer at du har gode engelskkundskaber, da meget af vores arbejde foregår på engelsk.
