The Position

You will be joining a team consisting of professionals in Group Controlling and Finance Business Partnering. You will contribute to our continued efforts to produce accurate and insightful financial reporting, planning, and analysis to support a successful and scalable business. Your tasks will include both financial operations-related routine tasks and varying tasks within finance projects.

You will be a part of the Controlling team that consists of a diverse group of people with experience with, e.g., controlling and accounting, and who really value an informal and social working environment. You will be a part of this ambitious and dedicated team determined to build a more sustainable future for people and cities.

The Primary Tasks Will Include

  • Daily finance support: assist with the annual report, accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense management system, invoice follow up and other group controlling related tasks
  • Organize and combine data to support reporting and analysis
  • Varying tasks with finance development projects
  • Opportunity to develop into taking responsibility for delivering on end-to-end tasks

We expect you to work on average about 15-20 hours per week with possibilities for extra hours, although with some flexibility according to your study schedule. We expect you to start end of summer or the beginning of autumn, as per agreement.

In Addition, We Expect You To Have

  • Ongoing Bachelor's studies within relevant field, e.g. Economics, Finance, Accounting, International Business or similar. We hope you have finished at least the first year and still have some studies left.
  • Structured and detail oriented.
  • IT skills and a keen eye for optimizing and automating processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a flair for numbers.
  • General understanding of corporate finance.
  • Ability to comprehend data and transform it into meaningful analytical results.
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Fluent Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous work experience and an interest in programming is seen as a plus.

The landscape for finance and analytical tools is constantly evolving and we expect that you have a natural interest to keep up to date and help push the department forward. You are not afraid to seek out tasks and projects independently.
