At DIS, we are experiencing an increase in demand from our customers who are among the largest and most recognized companies in Denmark. We are therefore looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Ballerup near Copenhagen.

As a Project Manager at DIS, you will experience an exciting, challenging and varied workday, working across industries and with a large area of contact in different organizations. You will experience a great deal of independence as you will be responsible for project planning and execution. You will also be responsible for the projects' finances, resources and schedule in close dialogue with our customers. Our project management tasks range widely, but a common feature is that they require commitment, technical insight, business and commercial understanding, the ability to lead and motivate people and the willingness to carry out the task as agreed with the customer.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who is visionary and a professional team leader
You have a theoretical background as a diploma/civil engineer or marine engineer and solid project management experience. Like us, you are passionate about project management as a discipline, and you want to develop as a Project Manager. In addition, we expect you to have worked with and have experience with one or more of the following areas:

  1. Pharma and medical devices
  2. Process industry
  3. Electrical area
  4. Manufacturing equipment

To ensure progress of a project, it is important that you are effective and skilled in stakeholder management and have an eye for the small details as well as the full overview of the project. You are ambitious, dedicated, and you constantly seek to improve yourself. In addition, you enjoy a workday with challenging tasks, occasionally forcing you to move out of your comfort zone. As a Project Manager at DIS, you will work closely with skilled technical colleagues, and it is therefore important that you possess a technical understanding, enabling you to lead the technical projects and communicate successfully with the technical project members. As you will lead projects with people at different organizational levels, it is important that you are outgoing, empathetic and have strong collaboration and communication skills in both Danish and English.
