People & Culture > P&C Region NCE You will become part of People & Culture (P&C) in Northern and Central Europe (NCE). This team supports the largest region in Vestas, including Denmark with HR Business Partnering. The Senior P&C Business Partner will have a direct line to the Regional P&C Head in NCE.
ResponsibilitiesThe Senior P&C Business Partner will be responsible for translating regional functional business strategies into tangible P&C initiatives enabling the business to meet and exceed their goals:
- Apply your knowledge of and experience with employment law to support in employee relations cases, including participating in negotiations.
- In partnership with business leaders, develop and implement global workforce strategies based on market requirements.
- Support and collaborate with the talent organisation to ensure a line of successors for critical positions - build bench strength.
- Act and fully contribute as the trusted HR Partner for leadership teams including managing the annual P&C cycle activities.
- Coach Sr. leaders on their people and business leadership to enable them to develop their leadership capabilities and act as a role model.
- Develop capable, diverse teams living up to the Vestas Values.
- The qualified candidate will be an experienced HR Business Partner profile with sound experience in employment law, especially in Denmark, ideally gained in a complex global matrix environment.
- Experience working with Senior leaders, with political savvy and very effective stakeholder management skills.
- A high degree of professionalism and ability to engage and consult with leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement change management efforts to promote the adoption of new processes and build bridges across the Vestas value chain.
- Fluency in English and Danish, both written and spoken, is essential.
- A relevant business, law, or HR education at Master's Level is required combined with an HR toolbox.
The Senior Business Partner has the ability to transform HR knowledge into business value. In addition, the skills to cover employment law, advising, people and organisational development, and workforce and talent management. To thrive in the role, it is also important that you are:
- A trusted advisor - trustworthy and capable in relationships, a good influencer.
- An effective communicator - communicating a compelling and inspiring P&C strategy/vision for the organisation that engages leaders and staff equally.
- A skilled stakeholder manager with a consultative approach.
- Able to get close to stakeholders, understand their direction and needs, lead change from the front, and be the catalyst to inspire the human dimensions of the organisation.
- Have a solid grasp of employment law, business and strategy.
- Take the lead on initiatives that enable the organisation/team to accomplish ambitious business goals.
- Maintain focus on our core values: accountability, collaboration, simplicity, and passion.
