Join our high-impact Resolve Core team and play a pivotal role in defining the strategy for our cutting-edge data products and services. As a key driver of our engineering initiatives, you'll collaborate closely with talented data engineers and scientists to optimize and evolve the data pipelines and machine learning powering our algorithm.

You'll play a key role in shaping how we ingest, process, and deliver data at scale, ensuring our systems are optimised for speed, efficiency, and reliability to power the next generation of our products.

The Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you'll have a direct impact on the direction and development of Resolve Core. We're tackling complex technical challenges to deliver exceptional performance and privacy, requiring creative and innovative solutions.

You'll gain hands-on experience with the latest technologies, including LLMs and edge computing, pushing the boundaries of what's possible. This is your chance to learn from industry experts and contribute to a product that's shaping the future of AdTech.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and design and deliver high-quality software.
  • Introduce new principles and hold others accountable against them.
  • Coach and mentor less experienced members of the organization.
  • Ensure clear communication with stakeholders and timely delivery.
  • Identify risks and create mitigation plans.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Effectively managing stakeholders.
  • Coaching and mentoring both inside and outside the team.
  • Programming languages like Python and Go.
  • Kubernetes, Containers (Docker), Helm is a plus.
  • Cloud providers: GCP, AWS, Azure is a plus.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Exposure to ML/Data Science.
  • Apache Spark or alternatives.
  • AdTech experience is a big plus but not required.
  • JIT (just in time) Mindset: Successfully deliver critical features under a tight deadline by focusing on essential functionalities and iterating rapidly.
  • Breaking Down Complex Projects: Lead the decomposition of a large-scale data processing system into manageable modules, resulting in improved team efficiency and faster development.
  • Strategic Task Decomposition: Skilfully deconstructs complex projects into well-defined user stories and tasks, enabling effective sprint planning, efficient execution, and a clear understanding of progress towards larger goals.
