As a Digital Performance, you will play a key role in taking digital campaigns to new heights. You will lead the strategy development for our approach to digital performance, head up our services in the associated channels, and ensure that our clients achieve exceptional results. Additionally, you will be directly involved in driving our new business pipeline. In our spirit, it is expected that you have a strong interest in AI and are curious about how to translate the latest technologies into concrete business benefits. You should not shy away from working hands-on, as part of the role also involves setting up and optimizing campaigns.

What we'd like you to do
  1. Strategic performance marketing: Develop and implement data-driven campaign strategies to maximize clients' ROI.
  2. SEM and Google Analytics: Optimize campaigns across digital channels and deliver in-depth performance analyses.
  3. Programmatic, Display, Native, SOME: Work with data and structure it to achieve the best campaign results.
  4. Client relations: Establish and maintain strong client relationships and act as a strategic advisor.
  5. AI integration: Identify opportunities for AI and machine learning in campaign optimization. You'll be driving clients' digital development.
  6. New Business: Actively contribute to acquiring new clients.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure optimal campaign execution.
  8. Continuous development: Stay updated on the latest technologies and methods in digital performance marketing.
What we'd like you to bring
  1. At least 5 years of experience in digital performance marketing or a related role.
  2. Proven experience with SEM, Google Analytics, and other relevant analytical tools.
  3. Interest in AI and understanding of how AI integrates into marketing strategies.
  4. Strong communication skills and experience with client relations.
  5. Strategic thinking and the ability to execute complex campaigns.
  6. Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented approach.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Creativity combined with a keen eye for detail and quality.
  9. A collaborative attitude and a desire to drive innovation within a team.
