Automation Tester

We are rapidly growing our business in the global Defence Market and we are looking for new colleagues to join our growing team of competent System Testers.

As our new Automation Tester you will be a vital part of ensuring that our products, applications and systems work correctly and meet customer quality expectations.

As our Automation Tester you will be responsible for executing tests in relation to bug verification, feature test or system integration test. You must have a structured proactive approach, have an eye for details and be able to have an analytic approach to finding potential bugs and continuously communicate findings to the development team.

1. Participate in review of requirements and product design.
2. Create test cases based on test objectives and prepare test cycles.
3. Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts in Robot framework.
4. Execute feature and/or release test cycles.
5. Analyse test results, bugs and communicate with developers and system architects.
6. Good at investigating and finding root cause of failure in product feature.
7. Ensure high quality in bug reports and create bug reports and follow up on resolutions.
8. Ability to improve testing processes and maintenance of our existing test environment.
9. Demonstrate new features to stakeholders.
10. Assist product support department in relation to customer specific issues or questions.

You will play an important role in ensuring that we deliver quality assurance in accordance with customer needs.

You enjoy working in a technical environment and ideally have an educational background in Software, IT or equivalent experience in testing.

We expect you are a team player and a person with passion for keeping people safe and have solid experience with software testing, test design techniques and test management activities.

Experience with using Robot framework.

We look for people with the right motivation who are willing to learn and navigate in complex systems.

We are in a global environment and therefore look for candidates who have excellent communication skills, fluent in written and oral English - Danish will be a plus.

Ability to work effectively under pressure to ensure that test activities are completed within project deadlines.

Preferably you hold an ISTQB certification (not mandatory).

Candidates must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defence Intelligence Service. This entails that as a minimum, candidates have had residency within NATO/EU for the last 7 years.
