About the job

Your main responsibility will be to closely follow every step of our larger projects and be part of both the business controlling team and the Engineering & Supply management team. Your primary tasks will be:

  1. Ensure close follow-up for our larger projects within the organization.
  2. Manage main stakeholders, like Project Managers/Order Managers in both Europe and Asia, Head of Engineering & Supply, Head of Global Sales, auditors, etc.
  3. Responsible for accurate and appropriate recording of accounting transactions within Work in Progress.
  4. Financial support to project management.
  5. Implementation and maintenance of financial project follow-up ensuring compliance with statutory and group rules.
  6. Responsible for good collaboration with our Project Managers, including updating of budgets and timelines with high quality.
  7. Create and maintain relevant KPIs to ensure accountability within the organization.

Your qualifications and experience:

  1. Master’s degree in accounting or finance.
  2. Experienced with a strong background in accounting.
  3. Solid IT competencies within MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint), ERP, and business intelligence.
  4. Preferably a track record from international engineering and manufacturing businesses.
  5. Background in auditing from a major auditing company.
  6. Thrive in a complex matrix organization.
  7. Possess profound tactical as well as operational skills.
  8. Fluent in both English and Danish is a prerequisite for this role.
