Som Area Sales Consultant får du en vigtig plads i vores engagerede og professionelle salgsteam. Hos MASCOT sælger vi kun igennem vores stærke netværk af forhandlere, og det er netop dem, du fokuserer på i dit daglige arbejde.
Din dagligdag vil være på landevejen med planlagte møder hos forhandlerne. Du indgår i tæt samarbejde med dine kolleger i distriktet og især med distriktets Area Sales Manager og Visual Merchandiser om at koordinere indsatser og fokus i forbindelse med fastholdelse og udvikling af salget hos vores stærke og brede forhandlernetværk.
Dine opgaver er:
- pleje og udvikle eksisterende forhandlere
- præsentere og sælge produktnyheder og salgskampagner
- indrette, dekorere samt udstille kampagner hos forhandlerne i samarbejde med distriktets Visual Merchandiser
- produkttræne medarbejdere hos forhandlere
Herudover får du også mulighed for, med dine input fra markedet, at få indflydelse på den samlede salgsstrategi i Danmark.
Din profil
Vi forestiller os, at du:
- har en salgsrelateret uddannelse og mindst to års erfaring fra en lignende stilling med salg til forhandlere, eller fra butik med salg af fx beklædning eller sportsudstyr.
- arbejder selvstændigt og med drive og passion.
- har en overbevisende personlighed, er god til at lytte og behovsafdække, og du forstår at skabe langvarige relationer.
- bor i Midtsjælland eller Hovedstadsområdet.
- er god til at tænke alternativt i løsninger og måder at gøre tingene på, når du ikke kommer igennem til kunderne med traditionelle metoder.
- trives med at arbejde med salg i både et strategisk og operationelt perspektiv.
- har fokus på at skabe stærke resultater og du får både igangsat, eksekveret og afsluttet salgsaktiviteterne.
