Student Analyst, Accounting

As an Analyst, you will have the exciting opportunity to put your analytical skills into practice and work together with highly competent and experienced professionals while contributing to CIP's successful fund management.

The team
The Management Finance team currently consists of 15 people divided into the two sub-teams: Accounting and Reporting. Overall, the team plays a vital role in providing insight into CIP's financial performance and ensuring statutory compliance.

In addition, the accounting team is responsible for overseeing 20+ entities and being the key driver in ensuring that costs are distributed to the proper entities or funds.

Together with your colleagues, you will be carrying out accounting and finance-related activities for the company. Your key tasks include:

• Handle incoming requests and Vendor invoices in shared e-mail inbox
• Ensure correct dimension values of Vendor invoices before sending into approval flow
• Send Vendor invoices into internal approval flow and follow up
• Maintain Vendor master data
• AP invoice bookkeeping
• Stakeholder management
• Expense Management (company cards and private outlays)
• Customer and Vendor controlling
• Ad hoc tasks.

The position is part-time (20 hours per week) and based in CIP's brand-new office in Gdanskgade 18, 2150 Nordhavn, Copenhagen.

About you
We are looking for a candidate preferably in the last year of a bachelor's degree planning to pursue a relevant master's degree, for example in Economics, Business Administration, or similar. However, students in the 1st year of a relevant master's degree are also welcome to apply.

Key requirements:

• Top academic performer with strong analytical skills
• Good understanding of Management Accounting practices
• Thrives in taking responsibility and displaying high attention to detail
• Proficient in written and verbal communication
• Prior experience or knowledge of the ERP system Business Central (or similar) is beneficial
• Fluent in English and an experienced Microsoft Office user (advanced knowledge in Excel is considered an advantage).
