Agricultural Data Collection
From August 2024 to May 2025 across Sweden

Agreena is seeking part-time seasonal agricultural data collection contractors across Sweden to help with in-field data collection as part of ongoing sustainability projects tracking regenerative agricultural practices in agrifood supply chains.

Responsibilities:

1. Travelling to local designated areas of interest and collecting information including which crop is being grown and the level of tillage intensity.
2. Following a simple protocol to document the required type data per field.
3. Logging the information for each field on a mobile device using an easy-to-use app.
4. The field surveys are conducted from the roadside.
5. Uploading data daily.

Requirements:

1. Travel may be required to farms in your assigned region, which will be determined based on your geographic location.
2. An iPhone/Android phone or tablet to run our data collection app.
3. A valid driver's licence.
4. Your own car to travel to the assigned location.
5. Experience working in agriculture to a level where you can reliably and confidently identify major crops and the type and intensity of tillage performed.

Timeline:

1. This work will take place from August 2024 to May 2025.
2. The work is flexible to your schedule as you choose the number of hours and when you work but a minimum of 8 hours (1 day) per week is required.

Compensation:

1. Employment is contract-based and all surveyors are self-employed, meaning all tax responsibilities are that of the contractors.
2. Payment will be made per data point collected. The average payment for a full day of data collection (8 hours collecting) is 2800 - 3000 SEK plus the expenses listed below:
3. Lunch is covered at a rate of 110 SEK per full 8 hour day.
4. Mileage is covered at a set rate of 2.5 SEK per Km.
5. Invoices will be exclusively processed in the local currency and deposited into the corresponding local bank account where the points were collected.
